(Also I could never figure out the rules) <br /><br />I still used mind flayers, though. Funny, the players were always too busy having their brains eaten or running for their lives to stop and ask why they had psionics or how they differed from magic. (I never had them use anything except their stunning attack...it was basically just a very exotic breath weapon in terms of functionality.)
